In this cozy guild clerk simulator, you'll manage the inventory of the Adventurers' Guild in a small fantasy town. Distribute equipment to adventurers, sort the loot they bring back from quests, decorate your workplace, and handle every other request, even those clearly outside your job description.
So you're looking for a job? Let's see now. Smart and inquisitive, good at organizing... Uh-huh... An affinity for magic... Ooh, even basic crafting skills! I've got just the job for you! The local Adventurers' Guild is looking for an assistant. Don't worry, no boring dungeons full of rats and skeletons. You'll have a much cooler set of responsibilities!
They might be a small guild, but don't let that fool you: the chaos and disorder in their affairs know no bounds. Just sorting through all the items in their possession will take you a while. Defensive and offensive equipment of all kinds, tools for every relevant trade, obscure objects of dubious origin — they've got it all and more! Honestly, if you manage to organize their belongings into anything remotely systematic, it'd be a miracle.
Of course, it'd be boring if that was all you were doing all day! An Adventurers' Guild, obviously, has those people... Adventurers. Always a pleasure to talk to! No, no, they really are. I'm not being sarcastic. What they are terrible at, though, is organizing their inventories. Who do you think made such a mess of the Guild's vault in the first place? So you'll be helping them. "A well-packed bag protects your back", as they say, both literally and figuratively. They always think they know what they want, but you'll certainly be much better at figuring out the most efficient and budget-friendly way to ensure their quest is a success.
There'll also be plenty of other things to do, like decorating your workplace, restocking supplies, crafting and enchanting... But I wouldn't want to spoil all the surprises of a job this marvelous. You'll learn the details when you get there. The job is interesting, the pay is good, what's not to like? Now go, I have another foo-...fully qualified candidate to interview.
