Beavers vs. Moles Beavers vs. Moles is a turn-based strategy game where two very different factions face off on the same board. One player controls the beaver; the other, the mole.

The goal is clear: reach the enemy base... but the path is built, blocked, and redefined in every match. Roll the dice and carve your path by altering the terrain.

Chance sets the pace; strategy decides the winner.

Two factions, two ways to play Beaver: gather wood and build bridges over water to open routes toward your rival. Mole: manage dirt mounds, clear the board, and control access to your territory. Each faction has unique abilities. It’s not a symmetrical duel: you have to think like your character... and anticipate your opponent's next move.

Items and tactical twists The board features single-use items that can turn the tide of the entire match:

Pickaxe (beaver): destroy mounds or bridges—whether to leave a permanent obstacle or to break through into the mole's territory.

Stone (mole): create a land blockade or a stone bridge over water. Trapper

Kit: set hidden traps to send your rival back to their starting point.

Teleport: jump to another valid tile within your territory. Additionally, special rules add depth to every roll: a 6 lets you roll again (watch out—rolling four sixes in a row means losing the game!), and a 5 allows you to push and displace your opponent.

Game modes: Online: create a public lobby or join one created by another player to face a rival in real-time. Local: two players on the same PC, taking turns on the board. Vs. AI: practice, experiment with strategies, and learn the rules at your own pace.
