Claimfall is a loot-focused strategy game built upon deep ARPG and Auto-Battler mechanics. Customize skills, shape powerful items and craft specialized builds for a lone hero or a party. Explore maps, master evolving endgame systems, and take on fresh content, challenges and leaderboard in seasons.
Inspired by modern ARPGs such as Path of Exile and Last Epoch, Claimfall combines deep itemization and buildcrafting with the strategic decision-making of auto-battler and management games.
Manage a lone hero or gather a party of up to five characters. Customize their equipment, skill and passive trees and farm loot across stage-based areas to refine your characters and achieve your power fantasy, or climb high in leaderboards and complete seasonal challenges.
In Claimfall each area is composed of stages, which can roll different types of content the party can interact with. You can choose the contents you want your party to interact with and in which ways. For example, you can make a boss-rushing farming setup where the party will skip all the stages except the boss-stage and target farm its drops.
The pace of the combat depends on a mechanic called Combat Width. Each monster occupies a certain amount of width in the area, while the Combat Width Limit determines how many enemies your party is willing to engage at once. Your party may try to rush the area but your Skills and Defences should be ready to face the danger, or you can take your time and play safe.
There are more than 400 pieces of base equipment items, over 50 crafting materials, and more than 100 Skill and Support Emblems to discover and combine. To help the player with the management of dropped items, Claimfall includes an in-game Custom Loot Filter interface.
Active skills are equipped through Skill Emblems. Each skill has its own mechanics and how the skill is used by the characters can be modified to forge the most suitable behaviour for your strategy. The number of Support Emblems a Character can use to empower its Active Skills is dependent on the Resonance Capacity of the character. Each Support emblem uses either Strength, Dexterity or Intelligence Resonance.
Claimfall features an expansive Passive Tree with over 150 Nodes and 400 Levels.
