Immune Response is a fast-paced twin-stick shooter where you control a white blood cell named Phil. Your mission is to eradicate the unwelcome pathogenic guests living in your host's body.

Classic - Survive for as long as you can against growing hordes of infectious enemies.
Waves - See if you can conquer all 55 challenging waves of enemies.
Vaccinate - No shooting here! You must build up your booster to take down your foes in this game mode.
Worm - Slow down with a thematic twist on the classic "Snake" game.
KP - YOU become the virus and must take down specialized boss enemies, each with their own distinct attacks and styles.
UNLOCKABLE CHARACTERS
