A Space Opera Meets Japanese-Style Tactical RPG Combat

Across a distant galaxy, stargates connect civilizations, empires and fleets vie for power, and unknown ruins conceal ancient secrets. Now, an ever-evolving alien threat is drawing the stars into war.
Take command of the Ulysses in a turn-based tactical RPG. Lead a special operations squad whose members come from different factions, species, and walks of life. Fight through successive campaigns, confront the alien menace, and uncover the mysteries of an ancient civilization.

Read the Battlefield. Make Every Turn Count.

Class roles, positioning, movement, attack range, anti-air capabilities, zones of control, and skill combinations all shape the battle. Study the map and the order of allied and enemy actions. Plan your movements, attacks, and support to gain an advantage when it matters most.
Seven classes bring distinct strengths to your squad. Hold the front line, breach enemy defenses, and deliver suppressive fire or precision strikes from range. Combine mobility, healing, and specialist abilities to create openings. Turn individual strengths into coordinated tactics through mutual support and focused attacks.

Make the Map Part of Your Strategy

Turrets, fortifications, mines, oil barrels, support tiles, and ammunition depots give different positions different tactical value. Naval bombardment markers, teleport tiles, and weather effects introduce further threats and opportunities.
The environment is another tool at your command. Use battlefield features to control the pace of an engagement, split enemy forces, and concentrate your firepower. Rethink your deployment and approach for each map, and find solutions beyond a frontal assault.

72 Characters. A Squad That Is Yours to Build.

Unlock and recruit companions as you progress through the story, building your squad from 72 characters. Different classes, weapons, active skills, and passive traits give each member a distinct battlefield role. Develop your team through levels, promotions, talents, weapons, and tactical modules, then explore combinations built around support relationships and skill synergies. Streamlined progression keeps the focus on squad composition and tactical experimentation.
Your companions are more than names on a roster. Explore personal profiles and character stories to discover their pasts, convictions, and choices. Deepen their trust to unlock personal voice lines and trust-based outfits, and get to know the people beyond their service records.

A Galaxy at War. Lives Caught Within It.

Awakening after three years, you lead your squad to the front lines of an alien war. Each mission reveals more of humanity's empire, its competing powers, and the ancient mysteries hidden deep within the galaxy.
Beyond the main campaign, side stories and character episodes explore individual lives: jokes traded during desperate missions, old wounds concealed behind silence, and small acts of kindness aboard the ship. A narrative spanning over 1.2 million Chinese characters in the original script weaves together interstellar warfare, ancient mysteries, and an ensemble cast. Discover not only how the war unfolds, but what each companion is fighting for.

Return to the Ulysses. Prepare for What Comes Next.

Between battles, the Ulysses serves as your base for preparation and development. Manage resource production and research tactical modules through the ship's facilities, preparing your squad for different roles and operational demands.
Story campaigns, challenge stages, labyrinth exploration, and interstellar voyages put your team's adaptability to the test. Refine your lineup, try new combinations, and carry the lessons of one battle into your next expedition.
