You are not alone in the corridors of this sealed house. A ruthless, deranged, and dangerous woman is after you, determined to hunt you down at all costs. You cannot defeat her directly; your only way to survive relies on your wits and stealth.
Use cover mechanics to secretly peek around corners and hide in the shadows. But be careful; you will need to hold your breath to prevent Elizabeth from hearing your heartbeat. If you hold it for too long, your character will cough uncontrollably, instantly giving away your position!
