Combo Online and Local Mayhem
Up to four players local split-screen, online over Steam, or both in the same match. Rounds are short. You start a game, you shoot your friends (or loved ones, enemies, strangers, person currently robbing you, landlord (oops I just said that one)), you do it again. Sometimes you get hit by a car. Sometimes you get hunted down by a man trapped in the body of a leather marionette.
Designed to be played with your buddies on a couch (preferably in a basement), like the good ole days. Online support added for that one friend who joined the military and lives in North Carolina now. Or those of us with no friends. Or those of us who are no longer allowed to leave the apartment. I don't know your home life. Have no friends, captors or internet connection? Shoot some bots! (Or you and your friends can shoot them together, they're jerks)
Crack some beers (or a Bosco brand DEFCON Red sodie pop), grab some controllers, shoot at your stupid (though probably actually very cool to be honest) friends.
Game Modes, Mutators, Maps and More!
Numerous takes on classic shooter modes. Deathmatch, gun game, Bosco Mode, A bunch of others I can't remember. Plus all kinds of mutators, special variants (split-screen ScoutzKnives anyone?). Party mode jumps through a variety of maps, modes and mutators on its own, no setup necessary. An optional playlist builder lets you build and share gamesets. Or you just want to play deathmatch on your favorite map for an hour, I don't judge.
Maps run from small arenas to full deathmatch maps to stupid trick and gimmick maps. Plus whatever you fine people share on the workshop.
Mutators throw a wrench in your face and laugh. Because sometimes all the weapons are replaced with flintlocks and the sky rains fire, just like real life.
Dedicated Server provided, LAN hosting allowed, wide controller support. Play where you want, with whom you want.
Weapons
50+ weapons. Guns, Melee, Projectile, whatever man. Your friend has a rifle and you have a knife? Throw it at him. He should know pain.

Full Mapping Toolset and Steam Workshop support
Full custom mapping via TrenchBroom integration including Steam workshop support to share all those cool maps you kids are making these days. All the funcs and triggers you could ever want, excluding one.... (for now) Now someone port de_rats please.
