A cinematic mystery visual novel about a vanished woman. You're the detective on the case. Twelve years ago, your sister disappeared the same way. Four investigations lead to four different answers about what really happened — and none of them is the wrong one. The truth is whichever one you find.
A young woman goes missing in a coastal town. You take the case because you were never going to be able to refuse it — twelve years ago your sister disappeared here, and nobody has said her name out loud since.
Different details open different lines of investigation. These aren't variations on one ending. They're separate accounts of what happened to both women. One of them stays inside the world you recognize. The others don't.
Each route is a complete story, but its outcome isn't fixed. How it ends depends on what you did along the way — who you trusted, what you were willing to do, and who you got out alive. You find your truth. You leave with the case you built, and it costs you something to get there. Every version of it does.
What you find determines what becomes findable. Miss a detail early and a line of inquiry closes behind you without announcing itself. Some evidence only surfaces if your earlier choices put you on the right track, so there are scenes here you won't reach on a first playthrough, or a second.
An information broker who decides how much you're worth. An archivist who reads what nobody else finishes. A journalist who'll print anything she can prove. A childhood friend who knew your sister. Some of them will lie to you. Some will be right when you'd rather they weren't. Whether they're still standing at the end depends on your choices.
You can let someone close. In some routes that's the reason you make it out. In others it's why you miss what's in front of you.
Twelve years of not knowing has made you a particular kind of detective. The game keeps asking what you've become, and your answers change what you're able to notice. You can face it or you can bury it. Either way it's in the room.
15 to 20 hours across all four routes. Scenes you've already played read differently once another route has told you something. There's no single good ending waiting to be unlocked. You go back because the last one is still bothering you.
