Outthink rivals, not tooltips. Lead one of 30+ kingdoms in a medieval grand strategy game where every system shows its work. Build traceable economies, spend diplomacy with clear costs, weigh the odds before committing your armies, and carry a complete campaign to victory.
Iron Dice is a real-time-with-pause medieval grand strategy game where every system shows its
work. Lead one of 30+ kingdoms across a fractured world of hundreds of provinces. Build an economy,
manage diplomacy, pursue campaign goals, research new technology, and raise armies and navies
all while keeping the important costs and consequences in view.
Every province contributes to the realm. Choose what its primary and secondary sectors produce,
improve its infrastructure, and create production chains from compatible goods.
Follow goods across the map, see how prices and production shape your income, and understand
why the treasury rises or falls.
Diplomatic points regenerate slowly, and every political action shows its cost. Spend them on
alliances, military access, rivalries, insults, improved relations, declarations of war, and peace
deals. Choose which relationships deserve investment and which kingdoms are worth turning against
you.
Raise armies and navies, maneuver across the map, and follow each force’s destination, arrival
time, enemy strength, and estimated battle outcome as it moves. Win battles, occupy provinces, build war score, and negotiate peace without guessing what the game expects. Conquer the land that strengthens your realm, not merely the land that changes
color.
Pursue campaign goals with explicit objectives and rewards. Research innovations that unlock new
goods, buildings, and unit types or permanently strengthen your realm. Iron Dice is built for complete campaigns: make a plan, understand why it succeeds or fails, and carry it to a conclusion. A full campaign is designed to take roughly 2–5 hours.
