Enter the realm of King Island, the first instalment of a captivatingly funny and often inappropriate RPG series as it makes its return to the PC screen. In King Island 1, you take on the role of the rude and crude Kaptivo, an anti-hero with a lot of enthusiasm for murder, and very little for political correctness.
Move, interact, and engage in actions with a simple click and drag like many of your favorite old flash games! Did you know King Island was played over ONE HUNDRED MILLION TIMES during its original life on Flash portals?
Features:
Challenge your skills in combat by selecting the perfect weapon, considering that enemies marked by a red circle at their feet may be immune to specific types of attacks.
Unveil a myriad of quests and missions through your Journal/Log, documenting your triumphs and objectives within the realm of King Island.
Amass wealth and experience points as you battle and complete quests, steadily raising the level of your character.
Receive "bonus points" to distribute among your character's characteristics and abilities, shaping their unique strengths.
Traverse the diverse landscapes of King Island, conquering, purchasing, and trading for great treasures and equipment.
Delve into the depths of each item's power and attributes by carefully reading the pop-up messages that accompany your inventory selections.
Engage in meaningful dialogues with other characters, uncovering secrets and advancing your quest.
Unleash the physical power of your character through strength, wield agility and coordination with dexterity, and fortify their health and resilience with constitution.
Test your character's mental acuity and mystical prowess with intelligence and spirit, while magical power fuel your extraordinary spellcasting abilities.
Enter this upside-down world of fables in an ironic twist of popular stories and cinema.
Developer Note:
This game is a 2008 artifact developed by a small indie team using the full potential and limitations of flash technology. We apologize for any technical problems or inconveniences you may encounter in your playthrough, or issues with the German and Spanish translations. We hope that with these limitations in mind, you may still enjoy the experience!
