Synthwave Burnout
Synthwave Burnout is an atmospheric arcade racing experience set on neon-soaked tracks. Take control of a futuristic supercar, build up speed, generate energy, and battle physics-driven rivals—all to the pulse of a powerful synthwave soundtrack.
FEEL THE RHYTHM OF THE NEON ROAD
Synthwave Burnout is an atmospheric arcade racing game inspired by classic science fiction and the unmistakable neon aesthetics of the 1980s.
Take control of a futuristic supercar, build up speed, and race along neon-soaked highways. Music, motion, and visuals merge into one continuous experience, with every road flowing to the rhythm of synthwave.
But you are no longer alone on the track.
Your opponents are now fully fledged participants in every race. Their vehicles physically interact with the road, your car, and one another. Rivals can block overtaking attempts, push you off your racing line, trigger dangerous collisions, and turn every run into an unpredictable battle for control of the track.
SPEED IS YOUR GREATEST RESOURCE
In Synthwave Burnout, movement is about more than simply reaching the finish line.
Your supercar is equipped with a unique generator that draws energy from the surrounding world while the vehicle is in motion. The better you control the car and the longer you maintain your speed, the stronger the connection between the vehicle, the road, and the music becomes.
Learn to read the track, avoid dangerous collisions, and preserve your momentum—even during the most intense moments of the race.
PHYSICS-DRIVEN OPPONENTS
Your rivals are no longer simple scripted obstacles.
Every opponent exists as a physical presence on the track. Their vehicles react to collisions, alter your trajectory, interfere with overtaking attempts, and can even crash into one another.
Thanks to the completely reworked opponent movement system:
Collisions feel more natural and impactful
Races are tighter and more dynamic
Opponent behaviour is less predictable
Every mistake can change the outcome of a race
Player vehicle physics and stability have been improved
Even a familiar track can unfold in a completely different way every time you race.
CATCH THE SOUNDWAVE
Once your supercar reaches full speed, the neon highway and the music begin to flow as one.
A powerful retro-wave and synthwave soundtrack accompanies every race, heightening the sensation of speed and placing you inside a classic 1980s science-fiction movie.
The music is more than background sound. It becomes part of the road, the movement, and the rhythm of the entire experience.
A WORLD BEYOND TIME
Leave the noise of everyday life behind.
Ahead of you lie futuristic roads, glowing neon lights, roaring engines, and seemingly endless highways. Watch the world rush past as your supercar takes on sharp turns and battles other racers for every metre of the track.
