Over the Alps
A choices-matter spy thriller told through interactive postcards. Play a secret agent racing across 1930s Switzerland, sending coded reports to your handler. Charm, deceive or strong-arm your way through a Hitchcockian tale where every choice shapes the story.
Uncover a secret history in OVER THE ALPS, the singleplayer narrative game made by Stave Studios and kept alive by custodians Tributary Games.
Go undercover, evade the police, and watch out for an unreasonable amount of goats high in the Swiss Alps. Your only line home is a postcard, written in invisible ink and sent back to your handler.
Featuring two thrilling stories from the pens of Jon Ingold (80 DAYS, OVERBOARD!) and Harry Tuffs (KING OF THE CASTLE, HOUSE OF MANY DOORS), which will see you step back in time to WWII Switzerland's awe-inspiring Alpine countryside, inspired by vintage travel posters, to complete your mission.
From a team with a pedigree of experience (FAILBETTER GAMES, INKLE STUDIOS), OVER THE ALPS tells a sweeping story with over 102,000 words and more than 2,600 choices.
OVER THE ALPS also is available in 15 languages including Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), German, Russian, French and Arabic, and includes controller support.
